This stunning 4 bedroom villa is situated in the hills 5 minutes drive away from Santa Eulalia. The property itself benefits from wonderful countryside and sea views. The villa is a long standing family home and as such is furnished to an extremely high standard. The entrance to the property is via a delightful patio area, with feature fountain. Upon entering the residence, you will be presented with the kitchen and bar area with all mod cons and a small breakfast area. Just off the kitchen area is bedroom 4 with its twin beds and ensuite shower room. Prior to climbing the stairs to the large living room, dining room and library you pass by the laundry room with washer and drier and a WC. On your left is bedroom 2 with double bed and ensuite bathroom. Following the stairs up one more small flight is the master bedroom. |

The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, antique furnishings and a large en suite bathroom with mosaic-tiled sunken bath. There is also a large terraced area overlooking the pool and the best of the countryside views. |

The living room is just off the master bedroom, and has twin sofas, coffee table, fireplace (not that you will need it) and Satellite TV (you should bring your own sky card if you have one) |

The dining/library area has an antique dining table and sits 6 comfortably which looks out onto one of the lawn areas. There is also telephone and fax in this area. Just outside the dining room there is another mosaiced fountain and fish pond. |

The kitchen is a tasteful fusion of old and new with its antique bric a brac adorning the walls and all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, fan oven and pantry with large fridge freezer. |

The pool area will make it difficult for you to find the time to visit the beach as it has eight sun loungers and a beautiful Morrocan tent with own bar and sound system making it the perfect retreat from the sun. Two more poolside tables (one covered and one not) mean it is possible to have your lunch at 5 different locations in this villa. |

Just above the pool area there is a charming BBQ area surrounded by a cactus garden. Above this is the 3 tier pond and lawn area as well as two additional sun lounge areas and a beautiful palmtree garden. |
